Behavior Management

My behavior management strategy revolves around a weekly assessment sheet, shown here (FREE):

As you can see, the students need to keep their assessment sheet CLEAN for an entire week.  To keep it clean, they need to have their homework (H), come to class prepared (M), behave (B) and participate (P).  If, at the end of the week they've kept their assessment sheet CLEAN, they can participate in a class game.  

I rotate my class games each marking period, here they are (FREE):
